At the time of running computer some temp/registry file will create automatically. This will make jam in your computer memory. We usually remove them by run command. But we are unable to remove them all. You remove all at a moment by a simple software named CCleaner.
Download & install it on your computer. Then run CCleaner & click on Run CCleaner. All temporary & registry file will remove.
